If you've requested a verification code to either verify your account or change your password, there's a few reasons this might not have come through.
1. The email address was entered incorrectly
Even the smallest mistake in your email address can cause the code not to arrive. If you're not sure you've entered the correct email address, head to the sign up page and carefully input your email to sign up. If your email is correct, it'll tell you there's already an account registered. If not, you can proceed to sign up with the correct email.
Make sure you're typing in the email address you signed up with as well!
2. The code has gone to your spam/junk folder
Unfortunately, like many businesses, we sometimes get blocked by email providers who automatically send our emails to peoples spam folders. We'd recommend checking here first and failing that, search for noreply@irysphotos.com in your email inbox as this will usually bring it up!
3. The code hasn't arrived yet
Another reason the code might not be there is that it just hasn't landed yet! As with other companies, sometimes there are slight delays depending on traffic to the site and requests. Give it a few minutes then try again.
