Intellectual Property
All content shared during the webinar, including photographs, slides, videos, and other materials, remains the intellectual property and copyright of the creator or presenter.
This content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, resold, shared, or otherwise used without prior written permission from the copyright holder.
Recording, Screenshots & AI Use
To respect the photographers sharing their work, recording or capturing any part of the webinar is not permitted. This includes screenshots, screen recordings, audio capture, video recording, or any other method of copying, whether for personal use, social media, or commercial purposes.
Content shown during the webinar, including all images and materials, may also not be used to train, develop, test, or generate artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, datasets, or similar technologies.
Use of Content, Quotes & Endorsements
Attendees may not extract quotes, statements, images, or other content from the webinar for commercial use, including marketing or promotional purposes, without written permission.
The name, likeness, or reputation of the webinar host or presenter may not be used to imply endorsement of any product, service, or organisation.
Single-User Access
Webinar registration grants access for a single attendee only.
Access links may not be shared, distributed, or used by multiple individuals. If the system detects multiple IP addresses or indications that a registration link is being used by more than one person, Irys reserves the right to terminate access to the webinar immediately without refund.
Q&A Participation & Recording Consent
Webinars may include interactive elements such as live questions submitted via chat, Q&A tools, or microphone participation.
By submitting a question, comment, or participating verbally during the webinar, attendees consent to their username, voice, likeness, and any submitted content being recorded and included in webinar recordings, replays, archives, or related educational materials produced by Irys.
Respectful Participation
We ask all attendees to behave respectfully toward hosts and other participants. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Irys reserves the right to remove any participant who breaches these guidelines without refund.
Educational Purpose
Webinars are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Irys and the webinar host do not guarantee income, personal growth, business results, or any specific outcomes from the information shared. Opinions expressed during the webinar are those of the host and do not necessarily reflect the views of Irys.
Technical Access & Attendance
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet connectivity, compatible devices, and correct registration details. Irys cannot be responsible for connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or platform outages.
Attendance remains the responsibility of the attendee and refunds will not be issued if a participant misses the webinar or is unable to attend.
Scheduling & Replays
Irys reserves the right to reschedule a webinar if unforeseen circumstances prevent it from taking place as planned.
If a replay is provided, the same webinar terms and restrictions continue to apply.
Irys may record webinars for the purpose of providing replays or future educational content.
Refund Policy
Webinar registrations are generally non refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, incorrect registration information including incorrect email addresses, connectivity issues, technical problems on the attendee’s side, or any situation where the attendee is unable to attend.
Refunds will only be issued if Irys is unable to deliver the webinar and no reasonable alternative, such as a rescheduled session or replay, is provided.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the webinar. Any liability is limited to the value of the registration fee paid.
Governing Law
These Terms and Refund Policy are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the webinar or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
