All billing within the Irys app is handled by either Apple (IOS) or Google (Android).
If you're having issues or questions related to any aspect of billing or need a refund, you'll need to contact them through your app store.
It's important to note, Irys are unable to issue refunds or resolve payment enquiries as these are all managed by Google and Apple.
